Overview 

The objective of this activity was to develop methods to explore vertical transmission and infant outcomes following maternal Zika virus infection in pregnancy through alternative study designs to the traditional prospective cohort study approach.

ZIKAction (2016-2021) was a research collaboration bringing together clinicians and researchers worldwide with expertise in maternal and child health, infectious disease epidemiology, pathology and other relevant areas.
